First, I recommend everyone get a copy of "The 4-Hour Workweek" by Tim Ferriss, book or CD. That will give us the meat of the discussion here. We all want to work less, but practically speaking, most of us can't, or at least feel we can't, take time off without consequences. Ferris does a lot to disabuse us of that notion.
